Shipping locations

Shop Paperwhite Interiors ships across Canada and the USA. Some exceptions apply. 

We offer free local delivery to Hamilton, Burlington and Oakville (Ontario, CA). Some exceptions apply. 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping fees

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders over $200 (before taxes). All orders under $200 will ship for a flat rate fee of $20 + taxes.

All US orders will ship for a flat rate fee of $25. We are not responsible for any additional tax or duty charges.

Shipping lead times 

In-stock items are shipped within 5-7 business days upon placement of order. This is the length of time we take to fulfill your order and therefore is not inclusive of transit time. 

Select items are ordered directly from the vendor and therefore may take longer to fulfill. 

All lead times shown throughout the website are estimates through third party suppliers. Shop Paperwhite Interiors is not responsible for any delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update.

Once your package is delivered to the address provided, Shop Paperwhite Interiors can no longer be held liable. 

Returns

Returns are possible in the result of damaged or defective merchandise only.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We suggest that all returns be sent back insured and with tracking. Shop Paperwhite Interiors is not responsible for lost or damaged products.
